On April 16, 2022, Food For Friends partnered with H.E.L.P.S Ministry in St. Charles to bring a delicious meal to the community catered by Lee N Eddies , a long time and valued partner.
The Food for Friends volunteers help make this event a success every year! Every volunteer helped set up, serve, and clean up after the meal. They did it all with a smile and heart to give back.
The delicious meal catered by Lee & Eddies was ham, lemon chicken, Hawaiian meatballs, mashed potatoes, gravy, vegetables, wheat rolls, Jello, and cake!
We are happy to report that about 100 guests were provided a delicious meal throughout the day. An additional 20 meals were packed and delivered to those families that could not attend the event.
The guests are always incredibly thankful for our volunteers, sponsors, and continuous donors that make events like this possible.
We love our family over at H.E.LP.S. Ministry and are so grateful for our partnership.
