2026 Easter at H.E.L.P.S. Ministry

Food for Friends always makes Easter celebration at Valley View in St. Charles truly special! On Saturday, April 4, 2026 about 100 meals were served, featuring a delicious spread of baked chicken, glazed ham, mostaccioli, vegetables, mashed potatoes with gravy, Hawaiian meatballs, and jello—so appreciated by all who attended.

What started as an expectation of just a few volunteers turned into an incredible team of 12! Between Food for Friends and friends from our community, the group came together seamlessly, serving with joy, decorating beautifully, and working like they’d known each other forever.

After sharing the story of the Last Supper, we offered foot washing—an especially meaningful moment for those who participated, bringing tears of renewal and blessing.

We are deeply grateful for our continued partnership with Food for Friends and for everyone who helped make this day so memorable.
