On November 20, 2021, Food For Friends partnered with House of Restoration Outreach located in Elgin. With help from our generous donors we were able to donate 60 turkeys and blue bags for their Thanksgiving pantry.

"House of Restoration would like to say thank you, We are so bless and honor that you chose us again this year to bring hope to so many who are facing a hardship and loss. Thank you for bringing hope to the hopeless and being that answer prayer to so many. We appreciate all your hard work and the amount of hours to make all this possible for so many, not just us but others as well. Because of Food For Friends, many will be able to have a Thanksgiving dinner with their families and be able to sit together and be thankful. Thank you, we honor you all and from our family to yours have a bless Thanksgiving."
