On Friday, November 19th, Middleby held its annual Thanksgiving event in support of Huff Elementary in Elgin. This is the third year Middleby has partnered with Food for Friends to provide meals to this amazing school.
Through our generous employee donations, we were able to give each family a blue bag filled with everything they will need for a Thanksgiving feast, as well as a gift card to purchase anything else they may need. We have been able to grow our donations each year, starting with 20 meals in 2019 to 100 meals which we delivered to the school today.
During these exceptional times, it fills our hearts to be able to come together as a team and bring a little happiness to others. We appreciate the generosity of the Food for Friends organization over the years and look forward to many more years of partnership!
