Food For Friends partnered with The Music Box Foundation to provide a grab and go holiday meal to the community. There were over 20+ families that were in attendance. The largest family served with nine family members.
The food arrived around 11:00 am which worked out great. The eight volunteers, including Miguel and his daughter, Mariah from Food for Friends were magnificent. The last two meals were handed out at 4pm. We had a half pan of pasta and green beans left which were eaten by the clean up crew.
Many thanks to Food for Friends for the donated meals. We are looking forward to another successful year of this partnership with your organization.
