On Thursday, Nov. 24, Food For Friends partnered with YMCA to provide a Thanksgiving meal to the residents.
We were able to serve 40 residents a prepackaged Thanksgiving meal including a dessert and beverage. The leftovers were available for residents that were not able to pick up during the program.
There was a total of 5 volunteers. The residents greatly appreciated the wonderful meal and thoughtfulness of providing a safe program.
We look forward to continued collaborations to serve our community.
