About the Event
Food For Friends celebrating the Class of 2022 students of San Miguel
The San Miguel campus serves approximately 90 Latino students in grades 6 through 8. The mission of the school district is "Transforming Lives and Neighborhoods." San Miguel is committed to serving students who are academically at-risk and whose families are economically disadvantaged. Students are accepted into San Miguel based on three main criteria: academic underperformance, financial need, and living in proximity to the schools.
Please join us on Friday, July 1 (6pm-8pm) at San Miguel Backyard (1936 W. 48th Street, Chicago, IL) to serve approximately 250 meals to the graduates and their families.
