On Saturday, July 9, Food For Friends provided a meal to the men at the Ewing Annex Hotel.
The Ewing Annex Hotel is the last standing single-occupancy housing for men in transition in Chicago, IL.
The meal was catered, delivered and set up by Dan Veles from Lee N Eddie’s. The meal consisted of pulled chicken sandwiches, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables and a cookie.
We are grateful for the resources to continue to serve these men and the volunteers.
Special thanks to Barb, Alyssa, Tremaine, Nick M, and Mike for serving 100+ meals to the men at the Annex.
